Highervisibility LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) sells cosmetics, skincare, and beauty products directly to customers in the United States. By placing an order through our website or via other sales channels, you agree to the following Terms of Sale.
1. Business Model Disclosure
We sell physical cosmetic and beauty products, including skincare, makeup, and personal care items.
We do not sell subscriptions or recurring services.

2. Order Acceptance & Payment Authorization
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.

3. Shipping & Delivery
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• Delays due to carriers, weather, or force majeure are not our responsibility.
• Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon arrival and report any damaged or missing items within 48 hours.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery.
4. Return & Refund Policy
Eligible Returns:
Cosmetic and beauty products can be returned if:
• The product is unused, unopened, and sealed
• Returned within 14 days of delivery
• In original packaging with proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items:
• Opened or used cosmetics or skincare items
• Products with broken seals
• Clearance, final sale, or discounted items
• Gift cards or personalized/custom products
Refund Processing:
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by the Company
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If a product arrives damaged or defective:

After Shipment:

Custom or Personalized Items:
Cannot be cancelled once processing begins.

Customers agree to contact Info@hvisibility.com first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.
We maintain documentation for all orders, including:

• Product photos
• Customer communication
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks will be disputed in accordance with U.S. financial regulations.
